The experience in the industry the principals involved in CSL bring to the field is the understanding that composting is not an exact science. It is about managing the oldest form of waste management, with modern day methods. One should never forget the principals that nature brings to our Industry.

CSL draws on the in depth experience of the development of composting sites and all this entails and can deliver to customers a full turnkey installation from initial planning right through to operation of the composting facility. We can even offer a full finance package for clients where CSL take on the total financing of the in-vessel installation in return for long term operation of the site based on a guaranted tonnage of waste.

The heart of the in-vessel composting technology that CSL offer is the most recent development at Lackford in Suffolk. This site was designed using knowledge gained running CML’s first in-vessel operation at Stanton in Suffolk. The Lackford site was built using the Buckenham range of buildings as the basis for the in-vessel system and also the Mistral aeration system (patent pending) has been developed at Lackford. The Mistral aeration system has unique properties that can also be used for the aeration of open air windrow composting facilities.

Customers are always welcome to visit CSL to see for themselves the sites in operation.

The development of a composting site has many parts and CSL can help customers through the problems with Planning, Waste Management Licensing, and State Vetinary Approval for Animal By-Product compliant facilities.
